National Audiovisual Institute is moving to new facilities! Starting from 1 December 2023 you can visit us at Kaikukatu 2 C, 00530 Helsinki. Our postal address remains the same – P.O. Box 16, 00501 Helsinki.
Moving can’t help but affect our daily services, and some exceptions will prevail until early 2024. KAVI’s library has already closed for the rest of the year. It will reopen its doors in early 2024. Collection services have lengthy breaks from mid-October till the end of the year. Customer service will recommence in new facilities in January 2024. Kino Regina (at Oodi) is not in any way affected by the upcoming move. Our cinematheque will continue serving film enthusiasts within its regular programming.
