Finnish achievements in the field of media literacy and education continue enjoying heightened media visibility in the United States. Both the New York Times and the MSNBC news program Ali Velshi have focused on the ways in which the Finnish school system has been able to tackle the difficult task of spotting fake news and dangerous disinformation in its curriculum.
